Organizers of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund hope to collect a photo of each of the 58,282 veterans named on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial wall in Washington, D.C. The photos will be displayed in a future education center near the memorial. So far, they have collected 27,644 photos. This rendering shows what the future exhibit will look like. Submitted Photo

Pushing snow across the road is illegal in the state of Minnesota and is punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a fine of $1,000. The county highway department shows just how the snow can pile up on the roadway and advises private snowplow operators that this practice is not only against the law but also can be extremely hazardous to unsuspecting drivers.
